Exchange phone numbers
Ask your passenger to call or message you when their flight lands and when they're ready for pickup so you can pull up to the curb at the right time. Have their phone number on-hand in case you have difficulty finding them.
Short-term parking
Short-term parking is conveniently located across from the terminal. Park your vehicle and head inside to welcome home or send off your loved ones. Greet passengers the moment they arrive or to help them with their luggage. Or, arrive early and enjoy a bite to eat together before a flight.
Cell Phone Lot waiting area
If you're picking up family or friends at the airport, you can now wait for them in our complimentary Cell Phone Lot waiting area. As you approach the airport, look for the Cell Phone Lot signage and turn right into the designated area, which is conveniently located east of the terminal on Wellington Avenue. When your passenger is ready to be picked up, have them call or message you from one of the numbered pillars in the Arrivals Curb area so you can quickly locate one another. While waiting in the Cell Phone Lot, you must remain in your vehicle at all times.
Tips for quick curbside drop-off and pick-up
Confirm travel details
Get your passenger's airline and flight number so you can check the flight status. Did they check a bag? If so, they'll need extra time to wait for their luggage at the baggage carousels after their flight arrives.
Follow the signs
Pick up travellers on Arrivals Level 1. Drop off travellers on Departures Level 2.
Don't park or wait on airport roadways
It's strictly prohibited to park, wait, or leave your vehicle unattended in front of the terminal. Help keep our roadways safe by ensuring that your passenger is ready to be picked up before you pull up to the curb. Unattended vehicles may be ticketed and/or towed.

Here are some landmarks to help you meet your passenger in or just outside the terminal building:
- Tim Horton's, located on Arrivals Level 1
- The Hug Rug, located at the bottom of the escalator on Arrivals Level 1
- Root98, located on Arrivals Level 1
- Information Booth, located on Arrivals Level 1
- Arrivals Pickup Lane, large numbers are featured on each column to help share your location on the curb
