Payment information
If you reserved your parking online, scan your barcode at the entrance and exit gates. Ensure the brightness on your phone is at 100% to avoid problems scanning the barcode.
If you took a ticket upon entry, pay at any paystation in the parkade or at the exit gate. Paystations and exit lane kiosks accept debit or credit cards. The Parking Cashier Booth accepts all forms of payment.
Lost parking tickets
Misplaced your parking ticket? Proceed to the Parking Cashier Booth at the exit gate. You'll be charged the greater of one day parking at the parkade rate or total days parked at the applicable parkade or Economy Lot rate as confirmed in our license plate inventory system.
