Lost & Found

7am-11pm

Lost and Found is located at the Information Booth. Items are securely stored in the Lost and Found office for 30 days from the date the item is turned in to us. Please note that the Information Booth cannot assist with lost passports, Nexus cards, or items left on airplanes (including lost luggage).

Lost passports

• Canadian passports are turned in to the RCMP
• USA passports are brought to US Customs
• All other passports are received by the Canadian Border Service Agency

Lost Nexus Cards

All lost Nexus cards are turned into the Nexus office

Lost or damaged luggage or missing items left onboard

Baggage Handling is the responsibility of each airline. Please contact your airline directly.
